This is a template you can use to print CMRRR green cards instead of filling them out by hand.

IMPORTANT: Experiment first!!! You may want to cut some pieces of paper to the same size as a green card, and see if you have to make any adjustments to margins to work with YOUR printer.  Once you have the print set in the right area, make sure you save it for future use. It comes in really handy.

Also never put the tracking number strip on the green card until AFTER you print  ;)

Same idea, but since those didn't work on either of my printers I ended up starting over and making my own.

That's the reason I asked. Those didn't work for me either. I made one up in AppleWorks on my Mac.

Ah... I've wondered if other people ran into that.  Or if I was just "special" LOL

Forgot to mention, when you go to print you will probably get a message about the margins being outside of the print area.  I just ignore it and print anyway.

Oh, thank you!  I had resorted to using a rubber stamp for the back of the card to cut down on all the writing that had to be done.  Printing them will be so much easier!

I had to giggle when I read the address on the template.  :P  Good one!

Why it does NOT let me print? I signed in as a memeber, but it says I do NOT have permission to print?

Did you download the file, change the addresses in it, and save it before trying to print? I just tried it on my computer and it worked fine.

I am pretty sure you need to have at least 5 posts and be a "member" (in purple) before any downloads are allowed.

I'm new to this board, but been on CB awhile and found the topic for the same type of template there. But it didn't work any longer so was real excited to find this one. Until I attempted to open and it was corrupted. Are these docs still good?

I tried to open the doc and got the same message that they're corrupt. You could try the USPS site. Maybe the templates came from their site.

Hi, I'm having the same "corrupt" problem; has anyone figured out the issue or found another place to download the template? thanks.

Try looking around the USPS site...they may have a template that works.
