Have you seen those commercial where the call Siberia asking seeking assistance on a utility bill?

Well it has nothing over the new Palisades Collections call system.

Prepare to be frustrated beyond any experience you may have subjected to.

Palisades send out a letter containing the names of banks that mo longer exist, stating NEW YEAR RESOLUTION GET OUT OF DEBT?

(huh?... get out of debt by paying a bottom feeder on old, very old accounts they can't even prove are legitimate?)

Here is a sampling:
You call 8700-414-8319....are given raspy computer
press 1 for automated account information.
press 1 to look your account by your social security number...press 2 to look up your account by your debtor id (included in letter)
Pressed 2, hit #...computer..."Sorry we are not able to process that information. Please hold while we route your call....VERY loud computer chip music comes on...(dentist drill?) wait...wait...wait...wait..wait... HANG UP!

Ok..let's try the other method.
Press 1, enter social security number...OH NO THAT AWFUL LOUD MUSIC AGAIN!....wait...wait...wait...wait...wait...wait
then a real person..."Hi this is Jenny..whats your SS#?" Jenny...where is the automated computer that is going to give me my automated account information? Her response....a disgusted "I DON'T KNOW DO YOU WANT ME TO LOOK IT UP OR NOT? click! bye Jenny.

If there is a rating for F***** Up phone systems -Palisades Collection gets an "F"

But then they already have an "F" for being a F***** Up bottom feeder - debt collector who has trouble validating any of the garbage they try to collect.

Keep sending Palisades those cease & desist letters, they truly must receive more than any collector in America just because they cannot come close to getting it right. Hope their phone guy already got paid because their system is like their debts, ---SUCKS!

Unless you feel like wasting a lot of time going in circles on debts you may never receive any proof of, it would be better to get rid of Palisades early than wasting your time calling or even thinking you will receive anything close to validation of their very old purchased debts from banks that have long ago left the American landscape.
