these guys are the dumb asses of the junk buying business. They print bogus statements, lie under oath, and try to do anything they can to collect. I went to court 2 times with these jerks, and won. They couldn't produce a assignment, or copy contract because the debt didn't exist. It was made up. These guys are flunky attornies that formed a L. L. C. and made over 5 million last year collecting on the ignorance of people..FIGHT BACK , read the FDCPA, know every word in it, you will beat jerks like this.

I have a credit card default judgment (from 2009) with this group. My original balance was $7,700 and now it has risen to $24,000. At the begining of this year they started garnishing my wages. So now I am a very single mom trying to live on under $300 a week! They said they might settle for 75% of the $24,000. I do not have a source for that amount of money. I could maybe gather a portion of the $7,700. Also, I have a couple of real estate properties in my name so I'm afraid they will put a lien on them. Any suggestions?
