This means they are using the same garbage documents Portfolio Recovery manufactures for suits on old, (worthless?) accounts.
Do not allow them to take a default judgment on junk debts, they are held to the same standard of having to prove the legitimacy of these junk debts

Harass folks that are victims of Credit Fraud harassing collectors and bottom feeders, bogus law suits against people, and server papers for nonexistence accounts, and old fraud based accounts. Have to get the police to file a report against their activities, will send strangers to your home etc.
