It is a scam (office is a ruse to give impression, just a mail drop box). They have no documents to file any cases, no license or bond anywhere. He now has an SO CALLED office in Toronto 371 Front Street W, Suite 230, Toronto ON M5V 3S8, turns out it at rented box at the UPS store funny his fax is 1-888-859-4501 calls himself International Arbitration Services! FUNNY
