My friend is being sued by this debt collector. They state they are representing American Express. It looks as if the affidavits that have been signed are ROBO Signing. We have copies of other affidavits that have the same notary, and records person, but the signatures are different. If you have anything on these can you please forward.
Can we take this information to the DA? My friend is trying to get a hearing to place the other affidavits into the record and to show the fraud.
