Daniel N. Gordon is not known as the smartest attorney in Oregon.
Like most the majority of law firms who sue for food, he deals with some of the worst where there is little or no documents available to back up the claims.

His suits can be beat by just about anyone who uses a local consumer law professional to contest his garbage filing, most based on hearsay affidavits.

Do not allow Gordon to obtain a default judgment against you, it is easier and a lot less expensive to beat him than to pay him.
