Where do I begin with this horrible company. Here we go again after several years this monster rears its ugly head and put yet another bank levy on my bank account itsn't there some kind of law against that?. I thought I was done with Calvary Portfolio back in 2005 when I agreed to settle my collections account with them. I sent them over $2500.00 to settle my debt and years later get a letter stating that was not enough and now they want the whole amount. I've come to realize all of there supposedly court documents are fake I looked up the case number with my local court system and they have no such court case ever being filed. There has been several different class action suits against Calvary but yet they are still in business to harass someone else. My main concern is that I just purchased a home and don't want these idiots to try and come after my house, I REFUSE to give them another dime. I need an attorney quick fast and in a hurry!

You may not understand that owning a collection agency, especially a junk debt agency involves a lot of money.

For example, can you imagine what owner Alfred J. Brothers, Jr. and wife Hillary must spend every month to keep up their lifestyle.

Here is a peek:
5924 Caballo Lane
Paradise Valley, AZ 85253
Owner: ALFRED J/HILLARY BROTHERS
Total land value: $714,200
Total assessed value for land: $71,420
Total improvements value: $2,857,100
Total assessed value for improvements: $285,710
Total value for property: $3,490,942
Total assessed value for property: $349,094
Parcel's total lotsize: 47,518 square feet
Subdivision: Equestrian Trails
Date of current assessment: 02/20/2009 (guess what it is worth today?)

If you want to see their 550 sq ft swimming pool pull it down from www.googleearth.com

On top of that, there is a golf course outside that begs of highly manicured grounds, which may need ther work of many gardners.

If you think Alfred & Hillary care about the source of all that money....think again. You may be helping them live their grand lifestyle because his organization, Calvary Portfolio bought an old debt for pennies on the dollar.

It's comapnies like Cavalry Portfolio that prey on the American consumer who works hard to earn a living so they can claim they are "entitled" to millions based on the purchase of these junk debts.

They may be the reason you are being forced to pay higher interest rates, cannot obtain loans or possibly caused that job offer to slip by.

But what the hell, Alfred & Hillary get to eat at the country club and your money just could have covered (part of) their tab.

When you sent over $2500.00 did you execute a written agreement that the debt would be paid in full?? You may want to send a letter letting them know you are on to their scam, laying out what happened when you conducted an investigation and found that the alleged court case was a fraud and the documents could not be found in your local court system. Be sure to send a copy to your state Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. Let us know how things transpire.
