From a quote by Barbara Tsaturova:
As an attorney, my Psychology degree has helped me "counsel" families going through divorce, criminal actions and collections. My degree also helped me deal with some personal issues that arose from my childhood..

The complaints are coming in about overzealous collectors, she is apparently using her Psychology degree to fatten her wallet, perhaps at the expnse of consumer rights. A law degree does not entitle her and the collectors she hires to threaten, harass and intimidate consumers as many emails received state.

The Michigan state bar is interested in hearing from anyone who feels her collectors or this attorney may engage in unethical or egregeous conduct in the collection of her junk debts.

Contact: www.michbar.org with your complaints and information.

If you are sued by The Law office of Barbara Tsaturova, be advised that she collects on junk debts for bottom feeders who have a terrible reputation in providing valid legal requirements for most jurisdictions.

We are acquainted with attorneys who are skilled in taking on former family law and criminal attorneys who now file junk debt lawsuits to make money.

Remember....it is always easier to defeat a junk debt suit than to pay one.

Many complaints of ineptness, wrong addresses, incomplete paperwork, typical of someone who has a lot to learn about junk debt & bottom feeder debt collection practices. Take advantage of her weaknesses, make her pay. She is NOT that smart, has little litigation experience in this area and appears to be running a paper mill trying to churn out law suits as fast as the ink on her checks clear.

There are some excellent consumer law professionals in Michigan capable of holding her accountible for her actions and apparent misdeeds. She is faced with the burden of proving her case which is very difficult on purchased debts. This is all about her getting paid a comission to take your money. She has screwed up and will continue to do so based on her inexperience and the fact that almost everyone knows she is going to court with manufactured garbage that does not connect you to a bottom feeder and the original creditor.

All Tsaturova wants is for you not to show up so she can take a default judgment and live high off your backs. This is wrong, immoral and unethical, never give a lazy lawyer a free ride at your expense.

You can easily send her to traffic court defending tickets by challenging her every move. She is not entitled to take your money so whay give it up for free?

I agree that many tactics used by collection firms are icky and sometimes illegal. However, "junk debt" and "bottom feeders" are terms generally used by people that don't like paying their bills. There need to be a serious disctinction drawn on this site between what are illegal debt collection practices, and what are legal attempts to collect on valid debts.

Amazing Matt that you choose Ms. Tsaturova's thread to post this, which based on your IP which I can see, leads me to believe you are a Tsaturova hack and/or friend.

Nevertheless Ms. Tsaturova's practices in MY opinion are illegal. Further based on the numerous e-mails we have received from consumers to us (which we have yet to publish) we are certain her tactics are not only in violation of Federal Law, but also in violation of Michigan Law as WELL as nearly crossing the line of ethics with the Michigan Bar Association.

There needs to be no distinction on this site. We determine what is on this site, not hacks like Ms. Tsaturova (in our opinion).

Regards,

Admin :)
