Just adding info and a new Phone # 757-506-0177

Every January since 2010, without fail, I get a letter from them, about a debt they claim is from 1997
and I recognize the Dollar amount they are trying to claim. It is a debt, I *PAID* another debt collector when I Divorced my Husband in 2001. It was his debt to begin with, but he used my credit to get it, so I CLEARED the debt and it's not been on my credit report in 2002.

Last January, I told them to SEND ME IN WRITING, validation of the outstanding debt. *Nothing ever arrived*
I got a letter last week, which I rolled my eyes at and chucked it in the rubbish bin.

I got a call from a belligerant woman who would not shut up and let me SPEAK. I kept saying, This debt is paid, you have purchased a fradulent claim.
and she refused to Shut up, talked over me, and then had the GALL to stop speaking professionally, she then slipped into "Diva-Mode" like a bad episode of "Bad Girls Club meets Sanford and Son" then after a string of slang I had no clue what she was saying because I was trying to speak too, she had the NERVE to actually say: "Well who paid the debt then, you sure didn't!" and there was a b sound at the end before she remembered to censor herself in case her call was being recorded but she was about to call me a B**TCH.

EXCUSE ME?

This woman had more DIVA attitude than Aretha Franklin, Patti LaBelle, Mariah Carey and Beyonce rolled into one very annoying woman who doesn't take a breath long enough for you to speak while she is demanding payment on... a FRAUDULENT DEBT.

I just hung up and black listed the number on my phone, came online, found this forum and thought I'd pass on a new number the shysters are using.
