The name is Sessoms and ROGERS not Pogers. I ought to know they took me to court for a BoA credit card. One that the judge told me that they have no hope in collecting.

I had a BofA thrown out because the idiot served my 13/yo son. When I brought it to the judge's attention he looked at Mr. Rogers, shook his head and asked what he wanted to do. Rogers said to drop the case so the judge did. Almost $8500.00 thrown out and deleted from my CR!
