I am very confused about this collector. I got a mailing from Rushmore Service Center. Somehow the manager of this agency is also connected with First Premier Bank. Rushmore Service Center is not listed in the BBB files and has been very difficult to find information on them. Anyone have any information? I am beginning to think that the bank and collection agency are the same???
