i just got a so called debt validation from them
it is collecting for lvnv funding and validation is only them saying they bought the account from a place on a day for a amount and fees and intrest changes what is owed daily
them saying i owe is not a true validation under fdcpa and they better not go to their game of pass around since in the last certified receipt letter says what they did is not a true validation under fdcpa and the better stop all collections including their pass around game along
