Seem to follow the FDCPA, i received an original demand notice with the mini miranda and 30 days to dispute the validity of the debt. I disputed the debt and they fired back documentation. They cut me an offer to settle and i took it. I know i owed the debt...just wanted to see if they would break the law. The guy i spoke to was actually very professional. Surprisingly, right?
