the real owner of xerox management group is chris collins under his "consulting firm" cjc consulting. he is a scum bag con artist, he has his collectors trained in how to use the "shake and close" which is when the collectors call up posing as process servers to sscare people into calling, then threaten legal action to get them to pay. its the only thing he knows and he does it at all of his companies. bayside management, titan, international systems development, santa fe management services, orbit international services, and several more. none are listed under chris collins directly, always under a friend or relative. his operating agreements list his scam "consulting company cjc-consulting. do not pay these dirt bags a dime record all conversations and have an attorney file suit! also report to the NYS AG!

I have received calls from both Orbit International and Santa Fe management stating they are going to serve me at my place of business or at my residence, neither one have came through with that threat yet. Im in Texas they are in New York. They claim to be an ADR firm not a debt collector. I tried to clarify with them that they are indeed a debt collector because they bought the debt and are trying to collect on it. Said no we are not a debt collector but yes we did by the debt, well if you bought the debt then the original debt was paid off by you to the orignial owner of the debt there for they have been paid and they would not go after you in court for a debt that they recieved money on from another debt collector. They lie and I hope enough people fight and not not fall for their scam to get them shut down. Santa Fe Management number is 866-237-6570

all of these shops out of buffalo are running the same scam. they call it the "shake and close" they call you pretending to be a process server in the hopes of scaring you into paying the bill. they purchase these debts, and instead of pursuing them legitimately, they resort to these tactics. the owner chris collins is a former drug addict, who was a floor level collector at NCO who wuit and started this scam our of his family room. he has started a bunch of his scumbag buddies with similar or worse backgrounds in the business as well. none of these places have required licensing, and no interest in obtaining them. they change their phone numbers periodically and company names as well. the first thing you should do when you hear form these companies is file a complaint with the NYS Attorney General. The second thing you should do is retain a consumer rights attoreny and send them a demand letter for $5,000 for their violations. they will pay you they money rather than defend the lawsuit because their tactics and lack of licensing and bonding will come to light.

This company is not very smart they also have Orbit Internation LLC and Santa Fe Management LLC if you google their web sites and look at the recent history Daniel Chamorro name is the one altering the pages so comments can not be posted to them. I pray these people get shut down!!!

I originally left a message on their previous website...the message copied from the FTC about consumer rights. I guess they finally caught on. Bad move indeed.

They are all Facebook friends with each other. Im sure there are multitudes of friends in common involved with the scam

My xhusband worked at, at least two of several of the companies, owned/managed/consulted by the owner of Xerox Management Group, llc. I was made aware of their illegal activities via my xhusband. I can only imagine that some of your complaints on this timeline, are due to his compliance with his company's directions and training. This particular company only had a handfull of individuals. The two companies he worked for, were not run out of individual's homes, but at legit "offices."

I, in no way, shape, or form am here to defend their or my xhusband's actions. But to confirm from a more inside perspective that these claims of illegally attempting to obtain debt occurred. I can't apologize on behalf of my xhusband. He consciously made the decision to continue working for these companies after I provided him with info on legit debt collection practices, verses the tactics employed by him and his company.

I am, however sorry! Please file complaints with the NYS AG, FTC, BBB, and your local governing agencies, as well as complaints with Amherst Chamber of Commerce, Amherst, NY, Buffalo governing agencies, and the Amherst Police & Buffalo Police.
