Is it legal for these agencies to call you at work. HCA above called me at work yesterday and left voicemail. I called him back and got his VM. So I advised him on the VM not to call me at work and that he could consider this notice not to contact me at my place of employment. So today he is calling other extensions and asking people what my last name is and telling them he is collections trying to get money.
